Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at ADDYOUREMAIL. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
